Rupture
Thu Nov 04, 2010 5:41 pm by Kakujitsu
Rupture is one of the founding members of .0rg Hes been with me and the clan since day one. A very skilled and funny player its come to my attention that hes been misunderstood. N!gga was a movement started by Rupture. When he uses the word N!gga its not ment in a derogatory or disrespectful way, it is a general term for friend or acquaintance taken from Hip-Hop culture. Heads up Rupture is crazy …

Just to say something here, they do not actually sell the G5, neither do they sell many of the lower G numbers such as the G7 (G5 wireless) or G9 anymore. If you really wanted a G5 that is new it would cost you about $150, while a brand new mouse which Logitech is releasing now would be around the $70 mark, which is a hell of a difference.

And yea, I suggest getting a good headset like DentaL said, it makes sure that other people in your house doesn't get annoyed by the constant shooting, exploding and death noises,.. GET ONE WITH A MICROPHONE!!! Otherwise I'll stab you with a crowbar!

But I was thinking that Deathmatch was just a game which randoms played online because you don't need an awesome computer to play it, seeing as it is as old as Half-Life 2. If your really into it then yea get better stuff, but you're more likely to already have it because you are a serious gamer in the first place. I got a good computer because I wanted to play Crysis... etc. etc.

Nice information btw 1911 this probably explains more than what Valve done themselves.

Anything by Razer, Roccat or Steelseries I would recommend, especially the Razer Deathadder. Relatively cheap, but a very good mouse.

I'd recommend a Roccat Kave as a headset. I just got one... and it is amazing.

I'd only ever get a Razer mousemat... I had a steelseries one before for a few years but it sucked.

To be honest, the perfect setup in my eyes is a Razer Mamba/Deathadder, Razer Goliathus control, Razer lycosa keyboard, Roccat kave headset... And that's exactly what I have!

Who needs a mousemat when you can get a mouse which works straight on the table?

My table is smooth grained (so its got texture) and I've had no problems from it. I found mousemats extremely annoying, sorry DentaL.

I got a good mouse, don't diss my $70 mouse otherwise I'll throw it at the wall. xD xD (Deathwish quote).

Dental try not to double post if you don't need to, just edit the post that you had already made.

OK never mind, i was wrong, the british pound is the strongest currency
Ok Just a little note on this. A pound is worth way more in your lifestyle than what it does here. A car costing 20,000 Pounds is a lot for you, however this is the cost of an average new car ($20,000) in Australia and probably America.

So it definitely makes sense that the pound would be 1 and a half times the dollar. Just because the pound is worth more in figures, does not mean it is the strongest currency.

However how would I know? :P.
